Clients are issued with a booking
confirmation upon booking being made stating clearly total costs of travel.
You the client are responsible for correct
travel dates and times given. Special care to be taken when journeys pass
through different time zones as all extra trips taken will be charged at full
price. All alterations of travel dates or times to be notified by phone, email
or in writing by post. Cancellations to be notified as soon as possible fourteen days
before travel a £30 cancellation fee will be charged, seven days before travel a
full single fare becomes payable.
Mylesmoor travel allocates on the
assumption that every customer travelling will have one medium size 69x46x35cm) suitcase as
every vehicle has a physical limit to the amount it can carry, if you have
oversized or any EXTRA luggage
kindly inform Mylesmoor travel so arrangements can be made i.e. trailer or
larger vehicle allocated for your journey this only refers to 5 Passengers or more. Mylesmoor travel reserves the right to change the vehicle's advertised to accommodate for clients booking. The clients are responsible that all
luggage has been loaded onto the vehicle. Mylesmoor travel takes every care
with your luggage but will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Outstanding balances to be paid by, or in
full on, outward journey by cash, or Bank transfer 2 working days before travel.
Note: if you the client prefer to pay one way only a single fare will be
charged each way (this is more expensive) Cheque payments by
agreement only and will need to be cleared 5 Business days before travel for total
amount of return fare.
ALL CARDS GET A SERVICE CHARGE
On DEPOSIT £30 +£1 service charge
ANY PAYMENT OVER £100 has a £3.50 charge or just pay by cash (free ) cheque (free) bank transfer (free)
Mylesmoor travel will undertake to
transport clients to their agreed destination to arrive at their checking in
point on or before time stated to the best of their ability. All journeys are
subject to client to accept the predetermined departure time as laid down by
the company. Please note your pick up date maybe the day before your departure
date. Please be advised vehicle/s may turn up to 30 minutes before travel if
road or weather conditions change. Mylesmoor travel will not be held
responsible for any holdups as set out below, Acts of God, Acts of
war/terrorism or force majeure, traffic delays or any reason beyond the company’s
control. Should a vehicle breakdown occur Mylesmoor travel will ensure you the
client have onward travel at no extra charge.
NO Alcohol is to be consumed or opened on board at any time of travel failing to comply with this may result in you being asked to leave the vehicle you have be warned and its in the small print. We respect you the customer so please respect the drivers and vehicles. All vehicles will turn up clean and tidy any excess
mess of the vehicle will not be tolerated and may result in a cleaning charge
of £25 or a soiling charge of £50.
Childrens Car seats
we do not provide children's car seats due to hygiene reason however you are more than welcome to provide your own and leave with usuntil the return journey.

THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES
A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU THE CLIENT (person named on the invoice) and
MYLESMOOR TRAVEL These terms and
conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
